All residents are invited to a Sky Lakes II Building Committee Meeting on November 9, 2020 at President Bob Branyan's residence (address below.) The meeting begins at 6 p.m.

As many are already aware, a group of Sky Lakes II residents have been working diligently since early 2020 to find a solution that would prevent our former golf course from being sold privately (again.)

​After many months of hard work, lengthy idea exploration and multiple attorney meetings, our group has arrived at a solution that allows Sky Lakes II to acquire the former golf course. We are ready to share this proposed solution with the community and begin the proceedings towards a formal vote. ​

Although this meeting is specifically for informational/educational purposes, it is imperative that you attend.  We acknowledge that this may not seem like an ideal time to hold a meeting but also realize that time is of the essence.  We are kindly requesting that you wear a mask and practice social distancing (hand sanitizer and disposable masks will be made available).  For those of you who feel that, in the best interest of your health or household, that you do not attend, we will be live streaming via our Facebook Group, “Sky Lakes II Neighbors”.  A notification will appear letting you know that the live streaming has begun.
 
Due to the amount of information being presented at this time, we will not be taking a vote until our annual meeting in January 2021.  We feel it is in the best interest of the community, to allow everyone an opportunity to absorb the information before taking the matter to a formal vote.
